Rollback needed -Investment of time and cash *pffft

Have been playing this game since Feb 2013 *pfft up in smoke
This new Mod 16 Undermountain in Neverwinter really bytes, Level 70 Warlock character CANNOT kill level 6 NPC in Blacklake District. My partner started a new toon as a test and that seems to be doing ok. A six year investment of time and money in this game seems to be inversely proportional to game play, as I have multiple level 60's(2) and 70(3) toons. ALL stripped of power. This Mod definitely needs a fix!

    Now really, I get it that why one can be very upset with these latest changes, but that quoted part just can't be true (or the reasons are somewhere else than these changes). My warlock is just ~1week old lvl71 atm about 11,000 item level and can kill in DPS mode the dragon campaign level 72 NPC's that come 5 or more together and boss as well, and still one shot most NPC under level 50. It's more work now, but can be done.
    There are likely some NPC's that are bugged (hit too hard or can't be killed), report those cases as bugs.

    Edit: really was curious and just went to Blacklake District and everything died in 1 shot from At-Will skills (so just report the few that are bugged or needs fixing)
