  Is it something to do with the chest rerolls?
  Right now, it's only task is to take up room in my inventory.

  This thing is going to be fixed in upcoming maintenance.
  It has to do with the Temp HP during Orcus fight, normally this is a hidden file..
  It will be removed from your inventory.

  And here we are, months later, I still have them in my bags. I still have them in my bag and still cannot discard them.
