How can I get Astral diamonds?

I really don't enjoy pickup groups or PvP.
Are there any other ways to get Astral Diamonds other than buying them?

    Hello new player, currently you can get AD just by playing the game. Campaigns have various currency, Dragon campaign has dragon hoard coins. These coins can be obtained by doing quest within the campaign. The store buys 100 coins and gives you 1000 AD. As you progress in the game you will find other currencies from other campaigns that also convert into AD. You can also convert items you find into AD by selling them in the Auction House. I don't know of any way to make AD in PvP? Just play the game and have fun!

    Once you it LvL 70 there are weekly quests in Sharandar, Dread Ring, Icewind Dale, and THe Well of Dragons that give 4,500 rAD each. If it is the Pick-Up, & not the Groups you object to, you can also join a Guild for Daily Random Dungeon Runs. Until mod 16 drops, Demogorgon runs are the most lucrative, I have found.

    The 'levelling queue' although a pug is an easy lump of daily AD, as they'll usually be at least one player that steamrolls things, less of a team effort and more follow the leader.

    While there are other options, the most efficient way to get AD is to run the random queues.

    If you do not want to do it with a PUG you can preform a group and then queue up for the random queue. Just make sure the group conforms to the random queue requirements(tank, heal, 3 dps)

    yeah but back when I first started playing every time you envoked the gods you would get AD .. that fell to the way side a long time ago

    Now you get a boost added with every prayer.

    LOL it says you get AD with each envocation but it's bull ... you don't get a dog gone thing

    Actually, you do, indirectly. It gives you AD bonus which allows you to earn 50% more rAD whenever you earn rAD in the game (as long as your AD bonus covers it). In addition, invocation gives you XP. If you know how to take advantage of it, XP overflow give your rAD too. The word in the description is "NNN 50% bonus rough Astral Diamonds". e.g. "300 50% bonus rough Astral Diamonds". That is exactly what it gives you.
