Hard for me to pinpoint qualifications for making a new post rather than comment/reply to posts.

Hi, I am new to arc forums, but not games forums in general. I know I can comment on specific posts, but I have ideas to post but I cannot. Been a year struggling with this problem in between seeking help from neverwinter support and arc support. Proof of struggling is ticket reference # 181030-000155 followed by ticket reference # 180819-000591 (listing from most recent ticket reference #s) incase a support member views this question.

    Never mind, lol. Surprisingly answered my own question via trial and error. But somehow I had issues with posting as an arc forums newbie :)
