I changed the hair, beard and eyebrow color save and exit. But it's another shade when I inspect my toon. What gives? But when I go back to the npc that allows appearance change the toon preview on the left side of the screen shows the same color settings which I pick. But as soon as I close the window and head out the color of the shade is different again. Come on guys..
Your video doesn't really help, if I understand what I am seeing. It shows you don't have any tokens and you click on the purchase but didn't go through with purchasing any (at least it doesn't show the actual purchase), so no change. Seems correct to me. CS may be seeing the same thing and believing you are making an invalid claim.
You need to explain step by step like the following.
1. Tried to make appearance change. 2. Had no tokens so purchased one. My account total of Zen changed from x to x-100. 3. Made the changes I wanted 4. When leaving change screen, the changes made defaulted back to the original.
That video was after I used my 2nd change token and it didn't work. It was to show that the color was different than what I had picked and saved in preview but showed a different color when I exit the appearance change interface. Or you would rather I buy another token and go through the same process of picking the same colors I want and have the bug screw me again to repost another video to proof it again?
No thanks.
You can try and waste a token and see it for yourself.
PS A ticket was filed and they acknowledged the bug exists and it has been brought to the attention of relevant personnel.
