Someone dressed as a Razorwood - how.

I was doing Tiamat the other day and saw another player dressed like a Razorwood, at first I thought it was a companion but when I looked again it was an actual player. Top to toe as a Razorwood. I so want to have this outfit, but it's probably some special from the festival which is no longer available. Can someone tell me where it comes from please?

    The prize of winning the halloween contest. You can buy that from after event vendor in PE.

    you can buy it from 2nd change vendor in PE for 100k i believe
    at least the players in the losing side can...

    Players who didn't do Halloween, or who were on one of the losing teams, can buy the mask for 100K AD. It binds to account, and remains account-bound even after you use it.

    Players on the winning team got one mask for free, and can buy additional copies for 10K AD each.

    This will only be available while the Hallowe'en event vendor in PE lasts, so probably until 7 days after the end of the event: TOMORROW MORNING, about 18 hours from right now.

    So if you want the mask, buy it *today*.

    It's possible the event vendor might last until Thursday. I wouldn't bet on it.

    Correct me if I am wrong but anyone who participated and did at least the minimum was suppose to get a discount on buying the illusion, right? All I have seen so far is the 100K price. Did anyone on the one of the loosing teams get a discount?

    I just ran and got one, really happy, I didn't do the event this year so never would have known as I had no reason to visit the vendor. I'm also lucky I had the ADs to get it right now before it vanishes because that new professions thing is a massive AD sinkhole if you want to upgrade and I just happened to whack a few hundred thousand towards it only a few hours ago but left just over 100k on a whim so that worked out well. Thx again.

    I was o the winning team.. but mine cost 100k too. I still have my temp mask to do the event also.

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    Cryptic was decidedly not on point with handing out the prizes to winning teams. It's frustrating to have hit your participation limit, be on the winning team, and STILL be asked to pay 100K for your prize. *slow clap*

    Ahhhh... I don't think that is a correct statement. I remember the event saying that the winning team gets at least one for free (might have been two) and then can buy extra at a discount. And anyone who participated and contributed the minimum (which they ever actually said what exactly that was, most assumed till the tick bar on the event banner cleared) would get it at a discount. Everyone else who did not participate could buy it at the regular rate.

    This aspect of the event was poorly communicated, executed, and now followed up on. And there has been ZERO communication from the devs.

    I was answering your question. Your question did not mention anything about winning team. My reply is based on losing team perspective.

    The winning team get one through mail (to the character who started the event).

    I think you're misremembering. The blog post here says "Winning team members who have contributed enough will get 1 free mask sent to them and will be able to purchase more at a discount on the event store. Anyone who was not a member of that team but contributed the minimum amount will be able to buy the winning team’s mask at full price."

    Now, I mean, that blog post is wrong: non-participants can ALSO buy the winning team's mask at full price. Which I think is a good thing, personally. Even though I would have liked a losing-team discount, I'm happy that people who missed the event can still get the mask if they want to pay 100K.

    But I don't remember EVER seeing anything about a "losing team discount". Got a link to where you saw it?

    Dumb question: Which platform are you on, and which team are you on?

    Because if you're on PS4, the Roots team *lost* there, Toil And Trouble (the witches) won. So if you're a PS4 user who was on Roots, that's your issue.
