Can't Sign in to the Preview Shard

Hello Dear "ALL"!

Here is my problem:
I was playing nwn since 2013 and made some characters in Preview server. But in 2014 my daughter was born and I made a pause till november 2016. When i tried to create in 2017 NEW character in Preview server I received such message:

I asked what can i do in Support...But they gave me a link on your forum Discussions

))

In Live Server I have 9 characters.
In Preview - I have 8. But they are from past

(upd: I even deleted all my past characters but still cant copy new from live)

So maybe you can help me, or show me the road where I can be happy to play in Preview server

I don't know how this can be resolved, but just to confirm, you followed the steps stated here?

And you certain they are the same accounts?

Yes. On second step I receive msg "you don't have any character on live server" (screenshot

Same e-mail. Don't know if account means smth else.

It's not only my problem. My friend with whom we started to play in 2013 revive absolutely same msg and also had in past characters in preview shard. We copied our characters in past very easy . Don't know what we did wrong...too old for this game??

I tried to play from steam, from arc, and w/o any launchers...the effect always the same =(
