Alchemical knowledge problem

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
alchemical knowledge is not dropping on my Alchemy professions and it is account wide (ps4). Where do you report this?

    it used to and if it does not show then how are you supposed to know which task you have to start?

    First guess.

    Check your settings. Turn off only showing tasks you have the items for and also show higher level tasks. Otherwise, the Alchemical research tasks will not appear until until you have done enough experimentation to earn the needed knowledge.
    This is a frequent cause as many of us get tired of seeing the tasks we don't want to do and hide them and then forget we hid them.

    Second guess

    There is some times a bug if you did some tasks on a professions weekend and earned additional knowledge. Certain tasks have trouble with this as you can get ahead. This can be an issue that need CS to solve, but sometimes finding a lower level experimentation task and completing will help.

    The rank experimentation tasks do not show Alchemical knowledge as a reward, just the experience and after multiple attempts, including lower level tasks, it isn't dropping. Is this a bug? If so where do I report it as i am on ps4 and the info says this is the place.

    What level are you at? The tasks, not character. Might want to post a screenshot, as well. Someone may be able to see a workaround.
