Head Gear not showing on toon

I switched my toon from human to Dragonborn. When I was human I had disabled visuals because of what I was wearing. I now notice that as a Dragonborn that is now grayed out. No matter what I do to preview any head gear I can no longer see it.

    Almost all headgear has no appearance on dragonborns.

    Yeah I knew that part. It’s the “almost-all” part that I have tried. That’s how I figured there’s an issue. I don’t think the Rex Corona is supposed to show, but that I have tested other's that were supposed too.

    There are a few crowns that will appear that I know of, but not many.
