Runestead crash

Everytime I try to enter runestead for the sea of moving ice weekly, my neverwinter crashes. I can accept the quest and interact with the portal to get to the runestead, but about halfway the loading screen my neverwinter crashes and shows this: https://imgur.com/a/V7QRBwB
When I try to start up neverwinter again, it shows an error on steam (I launch the game through steam): https://imgur.com/a/jXPCXGZ
In my hidden pictograms tab is something new, which shows this, when I close it it disappears: https://imgur.com/a/PG1K5yq
After I've closed this I can start neverwinter again, but suddenly my launcher needs to load everything over, which takes about 10-15 minutes: https://imgur.com/a/zkgWsWZ
After this I can enter neverwinter again, but still crashes when I try to do runestead again.
I had this crash too last week and tried abandoning the quest so it would hopefully not crash, but it still crashes every time. Before ravenloft was added the quest worked perfectly fine for me, but now not anymore.

EDIT: today I've heard more people having the problem with this weekly and crashing

    I uninstalled Neverwinter and reinstalled it. So far; it seems to be working. I'll try another character tomorrow. Almost 5 hours to reinstall. Not a simple work around.

    It looks like it worked in Chult. I'll try Runestead later.
