Missing owl Bear mount

I linked my Twitch Prime account and claimed the Owl Bear mount. I used the option to make active yet is doesnt appear in my mounts collection. The amount of mounts I own has increased by one but I am unable to use the Owl Bear as it says I don't own it. Any ideas?

    Same here. I linked my Twitch Prime, and Twitch shows that I got the Owl. Twitch indicated my Owl mount could be redeemed from the Rewards agent.
    So far, it has not shown up in Rewards.

    I put a Support ticket in for this, but no one in Support has touched it yet.

    Same. I did all I was supposed to do, and nothing is showing at the agent.

    I also have been unable to claim it from the rewards agent despite linking my accounts (and unlinking them and linking them again, restarting everything, etc). I also have a support ticket in that hasn't been ackowledged yet, but it is the weekend now so.. meh.

    Did you go to the promotions agent? I got mine there.

    Yes but it doesnt show in my mounts collection only my stable

    Support may be a bit delayed with the upcoming holiday but reaching out to them is definitely the way to obtain help with this issue. To clarify, though, are you talking about the Collections display as in pressing Ctrl+J? If so, not all mounts are in the collections section due to their being parts of special promotions.

    Is there even an entry in the Mount Collection for the Purple Owlbear?

    There do seem to be two different discussions going on here, though - one, that the mount doesn't show up in the Collections (but the OP *has* the mount). The second is that some users linked their accounts, but haven't gotten the Twitch Pack to show up at the Reward Agent.
