Explain boosts for me

Im curious why there is a boost for Elemental Evil that boosts a 60 to level 70 for 3,000 zen.
That seems incredibly high for 10 levels, the other 2 boosts take a character to 60 for 2,000.

my main reason for asking this is i just returned, i have a level 60 and based on the price of this is it really that difficult to level from 60-70? I mean how much time am i looking at if im just going through the campaigns?

    IMO, no, it is not hard. The good part of EE is it is not time gated. You can go through the whole campaign non-stop (if you can keep playing). Other campaigns force you to wait.

    ya im already at 68 now thanks to some boost that was waiting for me in my rewards. it said it was only suppose to grant one level, for some reason it gave me 7. i must have misread it

    Going from 60 to 70 used to be on a much higher curve but it is much smoother now. The boost description hasn't really changed to reflect that.
