I had heard there would be changes to lightnng in Mod 13, though I don't know how it affects Steel Blitz. I'm still running it at the moment. Does anyone know anything more concrete?
@c3rb3r3 That's not entirely true. I've done some further testing and Lightning chains proc Steel Blitz on secondary targets when you use WMS even if you don't hit said targets with WMS itself. This works both on preview and live.
Is it possible to reach 100% crit using R13 black ice enchants and without a 4k crit mount nor weapon master class feature ?
I can check in a bit, though it may dip into your backpage needing other stats if you go that route, be a little more descriptive on what you´d want looked into.

The aim is to be able to use Wrathful Determination instead of Weapon Master. Right now I use mostly R11 brutals with 2 companion ring with each being 1 off/def and same with my 2 rings, meaning I have still 4 off slots available, with around 83% crit without weapon master.

In another thread, RJC9000 (sp?) was suggesting lightning would be top single target due to lightning now critting (in Mod 13)

Since lightning will be so close to most enchantments I’d likely say use that all round, maybe toss on a Fey for Orcus if you’re the damage dealer, but Holy still beats it a lil’ for overall if you can kill the boss during that time. But it’s not really worth the tiny increase... cx Once all those things are Set I’ll update the M13 Section to literally be a section, but for now it’ll stay as is. ^-^

I would like to add that, if you find you often run with an OP, Fey might be better for single target, as it booses.
Additionally, if you use IBS often, you will also find Fey to be your best single target enchant, since Fey does alright for your at-wills and Fey is the best enchantment to buff your IBS hits.
Little question... What is with Drow as race? Never i saw a endgear Gwf Drow. But the Debuff is near permanent on Boss an its 5% Defense debuff so... Maybe in endgroup 3-4% more damage... With Dragonborn i cant never gain 3% more Damage with dragonborn i have maybe 1.5-2% Yeah dragonborn have strength but 1point strength is like 400 Power... And that's like 0.2% Damage in endgame group... So why Not Drow? May i have an error in my thoughts. When yes say it me please
In endgame groups, the Drow Racial debuff is closer to 1-2% DPS increase, maybe not even a single % DPS increase depending on how strong the debuffs are in your team. This is due to debuff diminishing returns and the way debuff DPS increases are calculated.

400 Power is only a 1% increase in DPS if you are adding 400 Power, starting out from 0. Which won't happen on any GWF who has any bit of gear.
Also keep in mind that points in STR also are partially influenced your Disciple of Strength feat. I have not conclusively tested the feat, but if GWF is similar to GF, then I would guess that it multiplies the damage bonus you get from STR by 1.06x.
Really, if you want to play Drow GWF, play what you want. You will just have to accept that it is not as strong as Half Orc or Lizard in terms of max damage.

They add to their own categories in the damage formula, but their categories are multiplicative with each other.
Needless to say, the damage formula is a bit ... of a mess...
Ok this saves me money. So don’t stress about getting two enchants, just go with lightning? I have UP holy but now I’m probably just going to sell it, get lightning, and then used my saved AD for a legendary

2. I habe seen in many builds 800hp is better as 200power on armor... When i have the choice is 16.000 HP better as an 4000 Power Mount? I run every time with a AoC Pala.. What u think about this? Thanks to all
