Missing purchased Item from Market

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I was buying Unfied Elements in the market. I did a “buyout” of 3 of them and the AD was removed, but I never received the items in my mail box.

Not sure if this helps any, but a friend emailed me one at about the same time I made the purchase.

    You will need to file a ticket with Customer Support if you don't receive them soon. Have you tried relogging?

    I did a couple of times yesterday. However, this morning I noticed they showed up in my inventory. So, I do have them now, not sure how I got them in my inventory though?
