can you please explain hexweaver armor?

I bought the regents to wear it. now its telling me I need some kind of vandirblood? where do I get it; also it is saying that i need some journal to finish its upgrade, what is it and where do I find it?

    you need to keep it topped up with voninblod and it uses it up like nobodies business.
    it is ok gear vivified and topped up but not for everyday use in non-STK areas

    I keep mine for doing MSVA and FBI only (and the weapons)

    He/she probably bought the armour using seal and regent from AH. That set is a trap.

    Hi,

    I advice you to focus on campaign. You will need a lot of voninblood to complete some campaign tasks. The difference in status won't be visible. If you want to progress in campaign, just do it with the standard set, if this is your main character and you just started your journey in NW I advice you to move to Port Nyanzaru and after that to Shohenstar River and farm there in groups to get better equipment. In the end you'll be able to make a daily or weekly progress in with campaign you want without being afroid to get killed by mobs from specific zones. As a clarification at your question, you'll be able to get voninblood completing some HEs or quests in Storm King Thunder Campaign. Thestimony you can obtain from a vendor in Sea of Moving Ice. Completing MSVA or FBI you have a chance to get the currency to exchange for one of the 4 volumes to vivify your set. But as I said, doesn't worth now since we are close to mod 14.
