Zoom-in locks

I've been reporting this problem to Bug Report for 12 days and was wondering if anyone else has these problems or has any suggestions. Two of my characters are affected, and those two are affected at different levels of severity. When I first log on I can zoom out with my mouse wheel, then it will either stay zoomed out or quickly zoom in without prompting from me and stay locked in that view. If I log into the other bugged character, it will already be locked in the zoom in view. If I log into my unbugged characters, they are in the correct zoomed out view and respond to the mouse. If I exit the game, the first bugged character I log into will either start in the correct view and stay there or zoom in rapidly. If I can stay zoomed out, then I will be able to run around in the one zone and play. If I leave a zone then the game will zoom in on the character when I enter the new zone (or even a cave, etc. for a side quest) and be locked in that view. The only way to correct it is to completely exit the game and log back in. Any thoughts?

    Try resetting your settings to default in the options menu.

    Thank you for the suggestion. Resetting the defaults fixed it on both of my girls that were having this problem. I had thought it was strange that two of my characters suddenly had this problem, but my other one didn't and never did. Thank you very much for your help with the spells and the zoom issue.
