First off, I'm not saying anyone should actually do this, just that it's possible.

I sat down & did the math. If one were so inclined, & had the resources, that person could build a level 5 character with an item level of over 8,400.

It would require a massive investment, & probably wouldn't be worth it, but it could be done.

I love math.

    It is very easy to achieve this if you have the financial resources and a GH 20 with max boons to reach a high IL at low levels. My GWF when I was leveling her up had a fairly high IL due to being in a GH 20 with 3 max boons.
