Armoured Bear Visual Changes. Refund? Other mounts?

Just logged in after update and my fav mount I've had for years now looks like bland HAMSTER. Gone are the cool spiky armour plates and cuffs. I didn't pay for this! Where can I go for a refund? And has anybody else had a mount change drsatically?

    All the bears changed, model is a lot better but the new armour is really awful, seriously looks like it was done by somebody with very little clue compared to whoever did the previous one (what's it made of, looks nothing like metal for example). The issue I suspect is that bulking the old model out meant the old armor didn't fit. I'm now looking for other mounts to cosmetic over my bears, but yes a refund would be god.
