MSva (Banner Run)

Hello, on February 2nd this year at approximately 2:45 + - 30 minutes), a group of players led by me went through the Svardborg (master) Skirmish and did not die or get a "death" condition entire skirmish.
Despite the data in the table, none of the participants received a title, a trophy, or an opportunity to get the banner "The Lord of Svardborg."
Before "Banner run" everybody checks they equipment, to remove "Soul Forged" gems, Seldarine's artifacts or paladins auras, which can possible revive other characters and fail conditions.
Is it possible to clarify this incident?

Problem for me is not the only in goods I want to recieve, but now representatives of three European alliances, which participated in skirmish don't believe me, because "no one guarantee" and don't want to go with me anymore

so friend of mine hosting MSva and add me as "random player"

Hello! I know that there was once an issue where companion deaths were being counted against the achievement but it was resolved. I'll escalate this issue and hopefully be able to provide more info.

@nitocris83 I believe an issue still exists where if players stay in the instance, deaths from a previous run can count against the achievement in a new run.

might be what happened to justmarionette.

Thanks for reply, i hope i'll get another "Banner Run", but i need 2 find somebody who will trust me =(
