Are DC powers bugged on Xbox or just on PC?

Hearing different things and can't find anything that says definitively whether or not console DC powers are bugged (bts, ff, etc.) Anyone know if they are or not? Lot of rumors flying around :)

    As a general rule of thumb, if it was busted on PC when a mod came out than I assume it came to console busted because...well...because who does QA testing. Most of the issues that plague PC make it through to console when we get the same content. I have not tested my DC since I cut back on NW a lot.

    That's what we were all assuming too, and don't have a way of really testing like PC does, but it would be nice if devs acknowledged whether it was an issue seeing as it's much harder to make a patch for Xbox than on PC, nobody knows what powers they should be running and what's working or not, and the odds of getting a patch approved by Xbox before 12b are pretty low :(
