My guild and I have played the new chult map since it came out. Everyone has said the samething, that the chult is very laggy compared to the other campaigns. I personally love the new artifact weapons. I took my lvl 70 paladin out into the chult, but couldn't hit the mobs, it actually took another player coming by to kill the mobs I was fighting. But in any other campaign, my paladin can solo a group of mobs no problem. On my main character a GWF, when I get into a battle, I automatically go to half hit points. then eat health potions to try to stay in the fight. I tried several times to hunt on my GWF, which is suicide each time. Last night I grouped up with my guild mates, didnt die near as much. My GWF has a 11,655 item lvl most of the gear i have is epic, except my swordknot and weapon which is rare (because I converted to the Chult weapon set).
to Hawklore. you need Armorpen in Chult from what the Devs have said.

Yes, you need ArmourPen. I have OP and I have no problem killing stuff in the jungle. The annoying part is my companion keeps on bringing stuff over for me to deal with. I said enough is enough and it is fired. My OP now runs with an augment pet.

I found killing enemy a chore on OP solo. also had to get some new gear that was more dps orientated and the needed ArP and shed the deepknight and save that for dungeon tanking, with the right mix of the newer gear and encounter selection a pally can dish it out pretty well. imo
frame-rate. It can get really choppy in many areas in Chult especially noticeable when entering a lair/ruin etc could it be a loading/unloading textures thing maybe? definitely a pretty big performance drop in certain key areas,anyway.. could be lots of things
