What is the problem with the server not connected for 2 hours?

    That seems like an error on your end. Have you tried rebooting your computer and your modem?

    I have no problem with the internet provider I did not see a problem client I am open I am waiting for connection after loading waiting for the character list and I do not understand what kind of HAMSTER do you understand?

    A new module just started. There may be connection delays, but the server IS up and running. So its nothing they can fix.

    I'm having connectivity problems as well. I'm assuming it's because it's the friday after a major update to the game. At least I hope it is.

    If you know how to do a tracert, please try doing one to patchserver.crypticstudios.com. Please note that it may tell you that it's for the Xbox, but that is the server they wish people to do tracert to in order to diagnose connection issues.

    Nope, not the game. Couple of gaps in the middle and one right before that address.

    If rebooting your router doesn't fix that, you may need to call your ISP to complain.

    Yep, it's the ISP. They say it'll be 2 hours. I guess I'll go enjoy my second favorite internet passtime.

    first you can rest your modem later.

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    I always check this page first to see if there are issues on a more global level. I am currently able to login but the connection is too laggy to play any of the Cryptic games. At present there is a large outage in the Eastern US and some major hubs. So it is very possible that neither the game or your ISP is at fault since we need to hop through several computers. Also you can try Speednet to test in your local area. The server you need to reach in located in Los Gatos, California so I really doubt a proxy in Europe is going to do better?
