I personal am keeping my Armpen at 47% for mod 12. Whenever I go into battle though with Companion Procs and buffs my Armpen usually stays over 90% until the battle is over. Is Mod 12 going to make this method obsolete or what? Need answers…
I'm not being funny, but are you talking PvP or PvE? Isn't about one third of your buffed ArPen wasted in PvE or did monsters suddenly find a new armourer and no one told me.
Any chance of you sharing it with the rest of us then???

But if not, it's been a few weeks since I checked preview. At that time 75% for open world was being discussed and dungeon had not been evaluated. There are new mechanics that can increase DR in certain conditions causing varying RI for some creatures/mobs/bosses. There was a warning to not take that number as fact, at that time.
That would depend on class/ability points, feats, boons(?) etc. While the RI number (85%) will be the same for all (DPS anyway), the ArmPen number needed to get there can vary greatly.
