  At 11am est this morning I purchased 50 dollars worth of Zen and got nothing(no zen, no spider, no items) AT ALL. Is anybody else having this problem?

  Merged threads. I'm guessing your purchase is still pending. Did you check the Reward Claims Agent for your Charge Rewards Items?

  When you make your purchase, the confirmation page tells you if there will be a hold on it or not. My hold was lifted within 15 mins. If yours is still there visit the web site and use the live chat for support.

  I'm told that the pending is a delay in the billing system because it is getting hammered with purchases. Large and multiple purchases are likely to get the pending status. Please be patient as the billing system catches up to all the purchases being made. If it stays pending for more than a couple hours, please contact support.

  If you purchased four weeks ago you should check if the charge was actually applied and then contact CS.
