    Some tips for Soulbinder:
-> CON (Damage & HP) and CHA (Critical & Advantage) are your primary ability scores you should invest into.
-> I suggest going for Fury, as Fury is the best path for personal dps currently.
-> As for your feats, you should go full Fury; take Murderous Flames instead of Killing Curse (especially if you're planning to get an Owlbear Cub companion for a Hellbringer loadout).
-> For Weapon enchantment, Dread grants you 75% Critical Severity, and Soulbinder relies on encounter damage (Soul Scorch on bosses), so it's the staple for them.
Your other options are Vorpal for 50% Crit. Sever. which is preferred by Hellbringers, and Feytouched for its direct 18% damage buff. They all have useful debuffs; Feytouched has synergy with Hadar's Grasp, granting you 14 Soul Spraks upon critical, but note it has a bug with Hellbringer's Pillar of Power.
-> All-Consuming Curse is a vital class feature for Fury paths, as it passes Lesser Curse on mobs upon critical; meaning all mobs will now be affected by Creeping Death capstone on further hits, even if you didn't/couldn't tab Warlock's Curse on everything.
Shadow Walk/Dust to Dust/Borrowed Time are nice options.
-> Notable encounter powers are... Soul Scorch (you didn't see that one coming!) for boss fights, your primary source of dps.
Blades of Vanquished Armies for AoE or single target for gathering Soul Sparks faster.
Hadar's Grasp on single target for Soul Spark procs (if you were to play with Feytouched).
Killing Flames for single, Fiery Bolt for AoE, Essence Defiler as main (and only) At-Will, Immolation Spirits as first daily cast on bosses for its great dps and gathering of Soul Sparks.
-> For survivability, Blades of Vanquished Armies grant 25% Deflection chance and the Borrowed Time off-hand artifact feature grants 15% Deflection chance. Borrowed Time's healing on top is really great, so you won't need to invest heavily on Life Steal. Personally I'd invest in Deflection (and HP).
Warlock's Bargain has amazing dps and heal in single target as well, if you don't go for Hadar's/Feytouched.
-> Mind that for Fury path you'll need High Critical (and up to 60% Armor Penetration for PvE in general), so upgrading steadily Bonding runestones for your summoned companion will help you reach the stats you aim for.

Welcome to the club and have tons of fun! :)

You may win a thousand fights, but you can only lose one.

Con is the best attribute for warlock. Int is not that great since it grants resistance ignored and recharge speed, which are best gained through ArPen on equips, and you don't even need that much. Con not only increases HP, which is great, but also is your damage attribute. So every point goes into CHA and CON. The higher the CON the better.

Critical strike above all else, 100% crit chance is crucial for SB. Try out sparkbinder too.

Since we're on the topic on soulbinders, what is the feedback of feytouched vs dread for the SB fury class? Generally speaking we know this build is designed more for single target nuking, is there a clear cut advantage either way? I know that without any crit severity from dread or vorpal, I run around 112-117% including buff foods, etc. More to clarify, does the ridiculous spark generation of HG outweigh the loss in crit severity, after we account for the siphoned extra damage from fey thats added to the caster?

Since HG basically replaces BoVA the dmg would be better on single target dmg (I am now refereing this to bosses).

If you can manage to pop IS non stop with a good recovery or Snail Power you should have enough sparks to spam SS even without feytouched and using HG.

Dreads benefit depends also on your overall crit severity. We know all that the more crit severity you have the less benefit you get but +18% dmg vs. +75% crit severity is still a big gap.
With your current crit severity and assuming you have 100% crit chance and NOT calculating combat advantage dmg multiplier:
Dread will provide about 14 - 15% MORE dmg THAN Feytouched which is huge.

If mod 11b comes out on console I will try to go with my current HB Fury for AoE trash mobs with Vorpal and switch to SB Fury with Dread slotted and see if my spark generation is enough with spamming IS. The encounters would be SS, KF and HG. If I see I can't maintain sparks I'll try BoVA even if the dmg is <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> compared to HG but hey SS spam is what matters.
Feytouched could outperform Dread in fights like Drufi but I don't like the idea of a situational Weaponenchantment on very specific bosses. I would rather have 1 weaponenchantment for every boss fight (Dread).

I also read somewhere that our big SWs on pc stated that Dread is still bis for SB.

    Hope this helped.
