Wheel of elements problems?

Have heard that the wheel has issues proc'ing with a lot of the CW powers, any observations on problems with the HR?

    Last few ACT logs I've run, this is less of an issue with (Trapper) HR. Our primary sources of damage are Thorned Roots, Plant Growth, and Gushing Wounds which all work with Wheel. Yes, comparatively if you are using lightning and have Aura of Courage the dps buff will not reach anywhere close to 28%, but should still end up around 5-10% effective increase.
