Artificers Workshop issue

I noticed while in the Artificers workshop at the end when you go to the Beholder and see what you an get from it most times I get random things but others it either shows the bar like I am collecting something but does not give me anything or it wont let me click on it. this happens at least every 5-10 times I run it.

I have done the workshop so many times trying to get the Beholder Tank and when this happens does it start over your progress, is that when you should be getting it seems it does not show anything or let you click on it, or is it just random when you get it. It seems like as many times as I have tried you would see more people getting the Beholder Tank. I only notice in the game chat screen once in a while it pops up saying someone got it if that info is even correct/

    I have had this happen also quite a bit. But the drop rate is super rare like 0.01% I've done over 700 runs and still nothing yet. Better to grind and buy keys trying to get it from lockboxs

    yeah well I have that issue as well with the lockboxes I never get anything good out of them usually the same thing over and over again. I have opened 100's of lockboxes and always get stuff I really cant use. You would think that after so many you open you would be guaranteed legendary or something but that is not the case either. I always just get random junk so I guess it is just my bad luck with this game when it comes to chance.

    I'm hearing rumors that there is a cooldown on how quickly you can loot the beholder, but I have yet to confirm that with the devs. Just something to keep in mind though.

    Hopefully the cool-down is shorter than those cut-scenes! Also keep in mind that one of the rewards is to be poisoned, which looks like you are getting nothing but really you did....I think the poison reward should do more damage so it is more noticeable.
