Due to the multiple threads on this issue, this post serves as a unified announcement to let players know we are looking at the issues with Accreditation in Portobello's Campaign. Original reports started being observed on Friday so we were not able to investigate the issue until today. We hope to have a follow up and a fix as quickly as possible. I will be updating this thread with any updates. Thank you for your patience!

Do you know of they are fixing this with the shard maintenance that is happening today? And or if they are going to extend the event?

Doesn't look like it... I've just got more unsolicited advice and I'm stuck on 76...

Still not working after today's maintenance (PS4). My character has been stuck at 43 for days, and I'm continuing to receive unsolicited advice instead of adventuring accreditation. Since I wish to complete this campaign, what should I do to prove that I've done so? Will you fix it & lift caps so that we can hit the previous week's totals--i.e., being able to earn up to 200 in week 2, up to 300 in week 3, etc? Will you make it so we can turn in unsolicited advice for accreditation? Do you have a timetable for a patch?

What you ask for is already the case. Last year I waited until week 4 and did all 4 hundred if a few days grinding the beholder mostly. The way it is supposed to work is 100 total is limit week one, 200 total is limit week 2, etc.

Can't wait, want this glitch to be gone. Want the artifact at the end, but I'm stuck at 88 at the moment.

While you're fixing things, could you have this campaign quit messing up the AD allocations for skirmishes? If I forget & do the ones in the campaign first, I get all of like 300 AD for my first "real" skirmish of the day. It'd be fine if the campaign skirmish awarded AD, but since it doesn't...it sucks.

I guess if I'm here it's because... you got it! I'm having the same issues with all toons. Please fix ASAP. Or just give each of my toons the items. Yes each toon on account not just 1 toon. Thxs.

I also am having the same issue, are they going to update the solution to this thread? I hope they can figure something out soon.

With both characters affected by the third day of the event, one stuck at 53 and one at 88, I sincerely hope players affected are simply awarded the credit and items should the problem persist beyond the current and/or each week. Forcing players to "catch up" once the issue is fixed wouldn't be a viable option for those with time constraints.
