WHERE THE ^(!@&*#@! IS MY GUILD?????

I log on my GUILD IS GONE!!! what the hell... every single member is gone Our items in all 4 repository's is GONE!! wtf!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

who has a number so i can call and really chew into some1 about this.. this is HAMSTER.... 1 year of work gone for what??

    Were you the guild leader? It's possible the guild leader disbanded the guild

    How long has it been since you last logged in? If the guild leader takes an extended leave of absence, it allows lower rank guild members to take over.

    I was the guild Leader... and the last time i was on was 12 hours ago was being past tense since it's gone now... But Yea i am the guild leader

    i logged about 2-230 am and was msg'd by our alliance leader at 733 am via psn about why we left the alliance.. so somewhere in that time 70+ members and our guild hall rank 6 with all 4 banks and hundreds of $$ of rewards marks artifacts mounts companions etc vanished

    my wife and best friend.. my best friend called me about an hour ago asking wth was going on..why was he kicked.. and my wife is the one that told me our guild was gone

    they are there to handle things in my absence if for some reason i dont log on.. but since this is the only game i play there isnt an issue.. for about a year now this is how it was.. the 3 of us working together .. and never had an issue b4 today

    One the norm how long does it take for a real life person to acknowledge a ticket of this magnitude? this isnt a simple missing enchantment or a accidental deletion of something.. this is an entire guild gone with Hundreds of $$ worth of goods, saved up for over a year since launch , gone from our guild bank repository's all 4 of them...along with all 71+ members some of which i have no way to contact.. to inform them of whats going on

    Hey Damontar,

    I am closing this thread as there is nothing that anybody on the forums can do to help you resolve this issue.

    You'll have to wait for Customer Service to respond to your ticket in order to get a more in depth look into the state of your guild. Forum Staff do not have the correct permissions to take any action with your guild.

    They will respond when they reach your ticket in the queue and ask for any further details they need. This is often within a few hours. I am sorry to hear that you are having such frustrations but I have to ask that you remain patient and PM myself or any of the moderators or Community Managers if you have any additional questions while awaiting a response from CS.
