server not responding

Log in after 10 - 15 minutes server not responding, every single time... am i the only one that suffering for that?? anybody else having that same problem ?

    I haven't had server not responding issues until just recently, last 2-3 weeks. I have had as much as 2 back to back snr's at 60 and 68 seconds respectively. I replaced my router and ran self tests on my modem and it appears it is on the game end of the server.
