when will the spam end

can they not do something to control the spam in protector's enclave cause i noticed when im on everyday of the week that im kind of tired of listening to zone become spammy for how its not the bots causing the problem but the players it self and if they would start banning players than i wouldn't have to listen to them anymore spamming for epic dungeons when they cant keep there spam under control

    They try, but unfortunately, they can only go so far before they start losing real players. Not to mention, its a free game and free to create toons.

    About the only thing I think most people would like to see is a customizable filter for messages. Since most bots rarely update their messages, it might work.

    Anyways, I think the spam in PE has been dramatically reduced. It used to be that you couldn't even see a message because 3-4 spammers were going at once.

    If the players looking for epic dungeons bother you just disable the /lfg channel...

    Only when there is no more internet, postal mail, phone services, the ability for people to knock on your door, and we stop making food. Basically, when humans no longer exist.

    This would be a great solution and even if the spammers do change their messages, players can adapt much quicker with their custom filters.

    One person's spam is another person looking to run content.

    They don't use LFG. They post in zone, the catch-all channel.

    its not lfg channel im seeing its only zone what the player is doing is spamming 10 lines every 5 minutes and when a player ask them to use lfg that they go and spam 10 more lines after that witch is becoming very annoying why i would like to see them get a chat ban because i had enough of zone becoming spammy when they become way worse than bots

    They spam both lfg and zone, sometimes I receive spam mail which I immediately report and delete. Btw, read few and they give some crazy proposals like $20 for r12... Seriously, can anyone pay that much for this?

    So ignore them or report them and move on.

    That spam never end, like fake lots spam on AH, provided by bots and developers.

    "Fake lots"? If it is in the AH, it isn't fake.

    why are we here talking about bots all a sudden and not players cause i don't see bots much at all but only players causing more of the problem in protector enclave i don't think its right that bots get slammed while players get nothing witch i found to be bs when players get away with more spam than they do why im saying zone is spammy why i wanted to see players get hit with a chat ban where they couldn't chat tell the 1 minute or so was over or they wouldn't be sitting in zone spamming 10 lines every 5 minutes

    I wish this game had the same looking for team set up they used in City of Heros. Was much more user freindly .

    I don't really notice this. If I were to guess, 80% of the LFG stuff in Protector's Enclave was in the LFG channel. Somewhere like the River District on the other hand? Well, there isn't nearly as much traffic, but almost none of it ends up in the LFG.

    Just my experience though... Looking for dungeon runs day in and day out...

    that's what I tried to say in my post about how 80% of the LFG stuff goes into protector enclave for zone but no one would listen why my post got closed due to that and if cryptic would stop slamming bots and would slam players as well we wouldn't see spam from both ends

    Just because you do not like it and don't want to see it, does not mean that it is spam. Like I said before, if it annoys your, ignore the user or report as spam and move on.
