Scheduled Maintenance [3/23] - COMPLETE

Neverwinter will undergo maintenance tomorrow, March 23, starting at 6am PT for roughly 3 hours. Patch notes can be found here.

    Is it possible to ask for future Thurs patches to take place starting at 7am PDT? With the US now in Daylight savings, this timing now causes players in Asia (namely India, Malaysia, Singapore, Phillipines) to effectively lose an entire day. By the time you are home you get 30mins or so before the game goes down, and then by the time it is back up you have to be in bed to be up for work on Friday. NBo time in the morning and by the time we are home on Friday, the day reset has happened again.

    In the past with the 7am PDT time it means the game switches off at 10pm (GMT+8) or 11pm when you aren't in daylight savings. Majority of companies in Asia have a work policy of finishing around 6-7pm, so by the time you get home, etc. you still have some time to play.

    I know that sometimes there are other factors at play, but lately it seems we are constantly moving this earlier. Great for players in the Americas and Europe, but please don't forget your contingent on this side of the world.

    Also, the launcher claims the maintenance starts at 14:00 UTC and this is now an hour out, since we're just past 13:00 UTC and it's already started. If you're going to give UTC times please make sure they are correct!

    +1 to that. Its actually really annoying. When you post an event in your guild, the correct time is displayed there for all time zones, (auto adjusts), so why cant we have it correct in the launcher.

    +1 too. Listen, if it is THAT hard to get the times on the launcher right in UST then PLEASE stop. Just post the damn things in PT/PDT or whatever and let us worry about converting it. You get used to that after a while.

    As things stand it is impossible to know WHEN the actual maintenance is without checking elsewhere.

    Or if this is too much to ask, just say there's maintenance [insert day and date] and to check the forum. Literally just ANYTHING but what we have right now would be an improvement and less confusing.
