Inspecting Companions and Cloak Tower Bug

The items summoned companions have got can't be seen when companions're inspected using right clicking on the character's portrait with the option "inspect companion", in the same way the stats of the companion won't coincide with what can be seen in the character window/companion. I'll explain it showing how my usual summoned companion can be seen in both situations (i tried to inspect other ppl's companions using the portrait option, but no items can be seen as well and i guess the issue of stats is the same for everybody...)
My summoned companion in the character window and stats showed there:

That's the first issue, the second is: about two days ago, doing a cloak tower, me and another person were delayed and when we arrived before the boss room, it was open, the boss had been killed, all became suddenly blurry, my toon was out of control for a minute or so, and when opening the coffer, no ad received.
