Expand available Enchantment Shards from Seal Vendors

With upcoming Enchantment changes making more weapon enchants viable, the list of available enchantment shards purchasable through seals should include all the types of weapon enchantments in game.

    jup, prices for bilethorn-shards atm are crazy, if you want to make one from scratch.

    I'm guessing no developers has addressed this issue yet?

    Seems kinda weird to exclude a few shards, also the price difference is kinda off regarding elemental/protector seal value, but that's not as important as the (lack of) availability though...
