Not knowing which paragon you choose, if it's the swordmaster then try using weapons master strike. You'll strike multiple targets so that after you finish off one target the next has less health. For encounter powers, try into the fray, buffs you, and enhanced mark. If you use enchanced mark and have limited AD, you can start with a bronzewood enchantment. Your enchanced mark will mark foes for the bronzewood to work on. Later, you can upgrade to a lightening enchantment. Another thing is try to get your Resistance Ignored to 60%.
If you{re running iron vanguard, then I`m sorry I can`t help there. It might help if we knew if you're building a dps or tank.
The gardian fighter damage is very weak and level 70, can you please buff the gardian fighter damage.
If you're running a tanking build, such as Harrier Took's or my Tactician build, your DPS is going to suck. There's no way to avoid it, and is intentional to the way the class is designed. You can get 60% Resistance Ignored to help mitigate your lack of DPS, but there's only so much you can do.
If you're talking about Conqueror GFs, then I can only suggest getting more gear. Theres a small bunch of hard hitting GFs which can hit pretty hard.
Actually, there's quite a few people complaining about how GFs do too much damage. There's a few posts about how "omg GF does 2 much DPS, pls make GWF stronger", I am not making this up.

Semantically speaking, Bronzewood isn't a marking effect like GF Tab, Enforced Threat, or Daring Shout. It's just another debuff like Swath of Destruction, Wicked Reminder, or Thorn Ward.
What I was gettting at was that enhanced mark is the encounter power that effects multiple targets, which then procs bronzewoods' marking system to do additional damage to those targeets.

Oh, Enforced Threat.
Because I was wondering "waitwhat how is Enhanced Mark (the class feature) an attacking power".

My GF is about 2.8k and does good damage for his IL compared to DPS characters of the same IL. I'm currently specced as Swordmaster Conqueror with 15 points in Tact. This is because I've still not completed some campaigns and tbh I won't think of switching unless I make him my main tank which is currently my 3.6k OP.
Unless you specify your stats, feat path and IL people won't really know how to advise you but if you're pre 3k which I suspect you are, you would do well to do the same as me. The main thing you miss by not going full Tact is AP gain and a bit of damage reduction. What you gain on the other hand is 'all gravy'.
