Bug - Character still moving whilst in menu

1) Log in to a level 60+ Scourge Warlock
2) Move in any direction
3) Keep moving and press the start key to access menu
Observed Result:
Character keeps moving
Expected Result:
Character stops moving whilst the menu is active

If it had always been like that my muscle memory would have learned to stop moving, but as it is... even though I'm subconsciously aware of it... I still do it nine times out of ten.
And much cussing follows.
