Alchemy Bugged, level 11

I have been stuck at rank 11 in alchemy for months, I've run hundreds of rank 11 experiments but before the newest bug fix, during the last double professions weekend, I accidentally ran the rank 7 experiment and have leveled up partially through rank 11 and am now unable to collect alchemical knowledge. I play on PS4 and ha e seen noway to fix or even report this issue.
Is there any way to fix this?
