Oath Paladin: Dominating Presence BUG on FEAT/POWERS?

I see the size of the Aura that follow's a Devotion Paladin who has his Aura lite up...

Yet I see a different issue with Dominating Presence HE FEAT 5/5 appears to not be increasing Circle of Power (despite having 10' larger auras) my circle which looks very similar when cast on the ground.

So if Circle of Power Aura isn't increased what else is not properly being impacted by the Dominating Presence FEAT 5/5 which is described to increase aura so it should extend all of the following where their is a benefit.

Is Swift Flash in Justice FEAT using 40' or is it using 30'?
is Flash of Light in Justice FEAT using 40' or is it using 30'?
Is Radiant Champion in Justice FEAT using 40' or is it using 30'?
Is Stem the Tide in Justice FEAT using 40' or is it using 30'?
--Should this be an exception and use 30'?
--Since Dominating Presence should apply to benefit not penalize you.
Is To My Side in Bulwalk FEAT using 40' or is it using 30'?
--Should this be an exception and use 30'?
--Since Dominating Presence should apply to benefit not penalize you.
Is Aura Gifts in Light FEAT using 40' or 30'?

    i think dominating presence affects only passive power auras(like aura of courage,...), circle of power seems larger when viewed by enemies (yellow circle) than allies (blue circle). Didn't test range but seems a waste of 5 heroic feats either way, most auras have large enough radius. you're better off placing the points in CON/WIZ/CHA since it adds to every point (20-30 points x boost)

    I think you saw not aura, but bond of virtue effect (has greater range than aura).

    I guess that's why I'm asking for clarification on Dominating Presence from DEV community; because with two Protection & Devotion Paladin's each with Dominating Presence 5/5=40' Aura & 3/5 36' Aura our Circle of Power was cast and they were exactly the same size.

    So Dominating Presence seems it's not fully buffing all the things it should be. :'(

    Circle of power is blue circle, range 30 feet and it is encounter, so it is not affected by Dominating Presence. Bond of virtue is encounter, it has gold circle and range 60 feet and it is not affected by Dominating Presence. Both powers are not auras.

    Every time I cast Circle of Power it's gold and I've never once seen a Paladin cast a blue circle ever! :* When I cast it today next to a Devotion Paladin it drew a Gold Circle for both of us with a Shield in the center. It looks identical to the power cast by DC possibly a similar type of encounter power for one class of Cleric cause the pattern and shield look identical as well.
