Dragon Loyalist’s Visage & Cambist’s Gauntlets bugged

Ok, so it seems that enchantments inserted in my Dragon Loyalist's Visage & Cambist's Gauntlets don't count towards my item level. I don't know if every newly added gear is bugged like this, but these 2 items are.

    Actually, i was wrong. The enchantments put in these aren't bugged, but these items aren't actually ilvl 150, but the tooltip says that they are
