This is just going to be my take on the Dungeons, Skirmishes, and raids loot and how the older dungeons should be implemented in an Tier system of difficulty(As some of us already call it), as well as the rng chance, and weighted chances etc. But if you wish to help with this, you can by either giving your opinion on certain things written(Just make sure you understand it if not then ask), or state any of the old transmutes if you remember there names please tell me so I can add them. : 3
Dungeons Leveling Dungeons: Transmute Drops can be acquired from certain Bosses respectfully.(2.5% chance per Boss.) Normal Amount of AD. Tier'd Dungeons: Transmute Drops can be acquired from certain Bosses respectfully.(3% chance per Boss.) Normal Amount of AD. Artifacts Dungeon based artifacts drop from the Final Boss(most of the time), or within the End Chests.(0.35% Chance, same rairty color as the starter artifacts below for its rank chance depending on the Tier you play.) This is my suggestion to the fixes to dungeons and what it missing what was present in the past, this post is about hmmm.... 2% done? Shorter than other ones of mine when I take my time to fill them out.
Dungeons should have a chance for mounts ie. T1/T1.5 green 1% blue .5%, T2 blue 1% purple .5% and T3 would be purple .5% and legendary .1% chance chest only rewards

Not sure if I'd agree with adding mounts into the mixture, atleast not Legendary mounts. Epic and rare ones would make more sense though, sense if legendary mounts were thrown into the mix it'll draw away from the Summer Festival mounts as well as lockboxes sought after rewards. Since most don't really go after epic and rare mounts those could work, as would certain companions. ^-^ Legendary mounts would mess up the pricing a lot tbh.

As much as I would love the idea of someone with stupid luck getting a legendary mount, it flat out is not happening. Taken from the once beloved and now maligned key changes...

Aye, I bought the race awhile back near the start of the release on xbox after saving a bit of AD. :P But I do hate it how it's locked off into that pack even though I don't think ill ever use it, it'll just make sense if it's a drop from Tiamat, hell even Lostmauth. :T

Well if so they wouldn't put the legendary mounts in T2's nor our single T2.5 it would most likely be in dungeons like FBI which is our boring late-game due to rng and alot of bugs. As for the .1% that means you have 2 chances per run... 1 chance if ya keep your T2 dungeons since there's no legendary chest. With one chance thats equal to 1000 runs.... with 2 chances thats equal 500 runs. Now I normally do alot of dungeon farming as any late-game player does. :P But RNG out of 1,000 or even 500 runs, note alot of the time it'll be much more than that due to RNG. But remember these type's of things would be put in late game where people don't always run with their ace teams such as I due to time zones blah blah blah... runs won't always be so short to make that item actually seem achievable unless you plan on farming 8 hours a day like a certain someone I know does with his 22 legendary rings. ;P lol
All I really know is I've completed every dungeon except FBI and I can't find any reason to do the epics anymore since the rewards aren't worth the time it would take to do the runs

Only thing worth running is CN, or FBI if ya have a really fast group.
