Character bug, "target area activation" not activating

When using target area attacks (Shard of orcus' wand, mighty leap are the ones i have), I cannot see the yellow circle to target. If i press again it doesn't attack the area.

Tried re-patching, and changing option "Local target activation" to "on seconds press" or "on release" both don't work.
Edit: pressing ESC(while esc menu is focused) will make me see the yellow circle but i cannot use it still

Any help is welcome, thanks.

I am having the same issue. I have it on 2 characters and neither casts the orb.

Anyone else having the issue?

i fixed it by resetting keybinds to default, it still keeps happening randomly. Very annoying have to bind everything again
