What primary artifact are you guys using?

Hi,
I am wondering what are the primary artifact you are using? With high level of content like NSVA or MSVA, what are you using for debuff or buff for those who can gain enough AP without using Sigil of devoted?

I read somewhere that Vanguard Banner is broken (gives bonus only first hit) and Lantern of revelation is also broken (doesn't give 16% at mythic) Has anyone tried Token of Chromatic Storm? With Acid: Afflicts the target with -23% Physical Damage resistance for 10 seconds. Wouldn't that good for debuff?

I'm still running Sigil of Devoted because I stack like 0 recovery, lol (although I do have a snail)

Lantern of revelation is giving 8% at every rank per @michela123 testing

@michela123 reported Token of Chromatic Storm as being a 20% buff

If I sound like a broken record, then it's because I've probably said all of this stuff before lol.

Lantern could be a 10% debuff if you were a pre-Mod4 veteran. Otherwise, yes, any lanterns after Mod4 only give 8%.

Chromatic Storm is 20% debuff (20% buff would be a different story, lol). However, Chromatic Storm is mitigated on Level73 enemies, so that 20% ends up being something around a 6% debuff The meteor with the debuff is somewhat inaccurate and the stats on Storm are lolbad for an AC DC, so I wouldn't reccomend one for an AC DC.

Both Lantern and Chromatic Storm are subject to the DR/multiplier debuff cap.

Vanguard's Banner is bugged and essentially only gives 8% ArmorPen. This bug also applies to Bear Your Sins.

To answer the original question: I roll with Elf's Dragonheart build. I don't see the need for most debuff artifacts on my DC, I dislike the 1 min cooldown of the DC Sigil. I mostly love the Dragonheart build for the high recovery but also the high speed, and thus cannot stop reccomending it.

Can you link to this build? Or PM me if you don't feel comfortable sharing it publicly?

I use Lantern. Even with 7k recovery, Devoted Sigil is overkill for me.

nothing better than Dragonheart build to me (Power-AA-AP- build)

With mount bonus, i have the following stat up all time in combat and provide alot of stat to allies both off and def from my power.

On the left without buff, on the right AA and mount bonus activated (on dummies)

i m actually working on my build, the stats above are just to show how powerfull the Dragonheart build combined to mount bonus is.

Using DC sigil atm. I've given up on using dragonheart coz it's so tiring to keep using it and is a total overkill.

PVE with party - Sigil of devoted (non main: Sigil of paladin, tiamat and wheel of elements)
PVE solo - i switch to wheel as primary
PVP - i change to Oghma (sigil of devoted, wheel, tiamat and currently i level valhalla)

leveling artifacts was very chip in the past, today it about 10X more expensive.

artifacts, aromor, rings, mount equip power, inisigna bonus (with the insigna's), stronghold boons and powers. cost nothing to change and allow you to compete in PVP as well as PVE (with companion)

DC sigil : the small HG+AA overlap is nice to me

I swap between DC Sigil and Heart of the Dragon...typically, mob runs I use DC sigil, for bosses I swap to Heart of the Dragon unless I'm feeling lazy.

overlap is possible with Heart of dragon too. rotation has to start with AA.

Still using the vanguard banner just because I don't have better options at the moment.
