depends on your build, PvP vs PvE, and finances. I'd think shadowclad (for combat) is not worth it as you can easily get 90%+ deflect chance if you want. Or if you are lazy, you can easily get 60%...either way, you wont get the 8 stacks even if you have lower deflect...plus the noise SC makes every second is annoying.
PvE Armor: Personally I like the trans soulforged. I don't die much, but on the off chance I do, it's nice to be brought back up...my LS will instantly heal me. If SF didn't exist, I'd use Negation or Elven in that order.
PvE Weapon: Vorpal is pretty much the best route to go if you have good crit. Dread only works on encounters and the majority of your DPS comes from at-wills during flurry. There is a chart that shows Fey is marginally better if your crit is low...Lightning isn't a bad option either for the recharge ability and it's cheap.
PvP Armor: Elven followed by Negation. Pvp Weapon: Vorpal or Fey depending on your setup. If you have 50%+ crit use vorpal, under 50%, use Fey. Or if you want more survivability, go Fey.

ty a ton. now to do the time consuming part of saving up for all the stat items xD ill get my weapon enchant after im done getting the correct artis so my crit chance is decent.
PvP, vorpal and elven. The best you can do for crit is about 58% if you stack like crazy and use 3 prestige and relic raid chest, or umbral raid chest. Plus the 2 boons for 1000 and 2000 extra crit, will take you over 60 or so. Mix brutals and azure. Try not to use sudden rings, the buffs are too short. Risings are good, but tbh. Medic rosegolds are better. Esp. if you don't use full prestige.
Even with full prestige, you'll want 1 rosegold, that'll give you 3,350 tenacity. I wouldn't go for 2 as the tenacity benefit starts dropping off significantly after 3.4k...I'd go with a +5 for the 2x offense, or consider the new rings from FBI as they give you 433 power/crit over crit/recovery. Again it all depends on your current IL and layout.
As for sudden vs rising, again, a personal preference. The sudden can really make an impact in those 10 seconds, but timing it is extremely hard and frustrating...the rising is more consistent overall and with the other boons, you'll have a situational bonus of around 4300 extra crit for good chunks of the fight. Furthermore, by the time the rising is fully proc'd, chances are their buffs are starting to run thin...the issue with rising is ensuring you are keeping the stacks up by continually hitting with it (thorn ward helps)

@micky1p00 Not sure where i found it, I think it was part of a youtube video in the comments section. Don't quote me on that, but I think it is. I have no idea how accurate it is so take it with a grain of salt.
@jonkoca you are right, 180k + combat is tanky af. However, it is possible to stay above 180k and not use radiants on defense and use the double offense ring. As of a few days ago, I'm maxed/dialed in right now. I use all BI 12 for offense, all Demonic for Def. I'm using Prestige Duelist chest and Feet, Execut Hood and arms. I'm sitting at 25k power, 49% CS, 4.6k Rec, 14.5% DR from defense, 56.1% deflect chance, 14.5% LS, 3.35k Tenacity, 1.2k regen, 7.2k movement, 180k HP. I use the rising prec +5...Proc'd I'm around 60% CS, 97% defl chance. There's only one TR who can do 197k on his dunk, the rest are sub 180...I've been fortuitous and virtually own all the +5s, so I'm going to try and swap out the rosegold for rising power and sudden precision to see if that helps with offense at all. I'm guessing I'll want to keep the rosegold though.

hehe, well that is a long way, though at least I hope it's somewhat accurate. I've made it for a guildie originally, but showed it several places on few occasions.

Just curious, where the chart from ? (just wondering what route it made until it got to you)
