cant sell trade or discard mount

i came to winter event this year for how i haven't been able to play in it before when the game would crash but i wanted to ask why they don't allow mounts from the Parcel to be tradable cause i really wanted to give someone this year a charger mount for how i didn't need one so why cant they not unbound them and at least give a Christmas spirit to give to eithers that don't have a epic mount cause I'm really disappointed that I'm never going to get ride of my Champion charger mount and how i didn't want it to cause problems in my personal bank

    Nope, not the only one. And I should not be a victim of bad coding. There is a chance I will get another one during this event which will make all of this a pain.

    What bags are you getting them from? The daily free gifts from the zen store are UNBOUND. The gift exchange bags you get from the party is all BOUND stuff.

    Yes and Retraining tokens as well stay bound however the companions and mounts are unbound...

    Although there is an issue with a couple mounts and companions that are bound, even from unbound bags. Slight oversight, as these items were released for special events, and weren't originally meant to be sold/traded.

    I got the champion's charger one on of my characters from the daily zen market gift and it is indeed character bound, also I already have that mount so it cant be put in the stable/sold or discarded so it is currently trash that cant even be thrown away.

    after i made a ticket in game about the mount i did get some help after but why would they tell me to delete the mount if you cant cause i did try after showing them a video even if it works or not cause i would really like to get ride of it some how and if i hadn't got one of theses mounts i know i would of been happier with something else that my paladin could of used

    since we have all gotten the charger mount i was wounding if they would ever let us exchange it for any bound item of are choosing even if its not a epic mount since it was just something that came to my mind

    Drat. I opened up a parcel and got one of those charger mounts (and, you guessed it, I already had one from the siege event). Hopefully the next patch will fix this.

    Send in a ticket.Customer support removed charger from my inventory within 3 days. The irony is that Ive received 2 more LOL. Will submit a new ticket at the end of the event.
