    Same spot, same map. Location is spot on, see a buried chest mark on the ground near the spot, but no sparkels and nothing to use. Tried another channel, relogging etc. Nothing. What to do? As I can only open a bottle, when I complete the map. Most stupid thing is, after abouth 10 minutes trying to find maybe another spot near, another player came along, went to that spot I did see, gets a chest, and left. So its not always broken!

    did you check in the hull?
    (yes there is a working chest there, somewhere close by)
    Play for fun, Work to get rich, These two are not compatible!

    You have to climb inside the upturned hull to reach this chest. Walk along the keel and carefully jump/drop through the lower hole onto the planking then up onto the snow ledge to find the treasure spot.

    The second image - That is the Epic boat map FYI. The treasure is not a chest. It is in a crack in the wall (the picture is showing the crack you have to go through to get to the epic boat. Once through, you'll see a sunken boat - thats the treasure. Not sure what you get if you already have the boat though.

    The first one, I believe you have to parlor jump down into the hull. Though, if you said you were able to dig and see a chest but not take anything, that would be weird. I would suggest logging out and back in, and moving around a bit. Sometimes the targetting of chests is goofy.

    I've hit both locations and never had a problem - for what that is worth.
