I've noticed a new issue recently with the graphics, textures, and menus (inventory, campaign, refining, bank vault, etc.) loading slowly... 5-30 seconds after entering some areas in the game (mostly PE and SH) for the last couple of weeks. Most of the other areas load just fine, look amazing with maxed settings, but even they have moments when the visuals take a while to load, leaving a very boxy, nearly unplayable experience. My PC hardware is generations above the requirements and my software is up to date. I'm running Win10. I've tried all three DirectX options, tried various Graphics/Display/Advanced settings, etc. but the problem persists. But only in Neverwinter; my other games don't have this problem. Others in my guild and on the reddit have noticed this new issue as well. I've been playing for over a year, and this has only become a problem recently - within the last couple of weeks. Nothing changed on my side, so I'm thinking this problem is on the server side and associated with a bug in an update over the last few weeks that is messing with the graphics. If the game's visuals had behaved like this when I first began playing, I likely wouldn't have pursued the game much... THAT's how frustrating it is. Please have one of your developers take a look at this and fix the problem.

What kind of video card to you have?
My opinions are my own. I do not work for PWE or Cryptic. - Forum Rules - Protector's Enclave Discord - I play on Xbox Any of my comments not posted in orange are based on my own personal opinion and not official. I can confirm this issue, sometimes it also affects the textures on the character selection screen (both of the character and objects in the background). Occasionally, the mouse pointer is affected by this as well, i. e. the mouse pointer disappears when moved onto the border of a resizable window; apparently the 'double headed arrow' for the mouse pointer does not seem to have been loaded. And while the textures eventually reappear, the 'resizing' mouse pointer remains gone until at least until I restart the game.
Unfortunately, this bug seems to strike pretty randomly, or at least I have not yet figured out how to reproduce it consistently. Likewise, quitting and restarting the game sometimes helps and sometimes it doesn't. I tried turning the 'reduced file streaming' setting on and off, but that did not seem to have any effect.
About my system: OS is Windows 10, video card a Geforce Gtx 970.
