  You have to buy the hero of the north pack for the menzobarrenzan renegade or the feywild pack for the moon elf.
  
  Not sure those packs are available on consoles or not.

  Yep both are available. Currently have a moon elf Control Wizard on the PS4.... zen market I think has them both available so you can convert diamonds to Zen & buy it off the game side zen market...just not the dragon born race pack; for that one you need to go to the PSN store & spend some real world money.

  Ah I saw the pack for the moon elves, but not the one for the menzonerranzan. Is it in the in game store or somewhere else?
