    I really hope we are getting compensated for it taking so long and us missing the whole weekend.

    Can both of you confirm that you currently have level 70 characters on the accounts in question?

    Kreatve, This is not my account linked to my PSN. But yes I have a 3500+ GF, 2200+ SW that I lvled from 1-70. It is finally nice for someone to finally be acknowledging this issue as it's been almost a week. I thank you guys. My ticket number I have in is 161126-002092, and yes I filed that ticket with the account linked to my PSN.

    Got zen back and bought lvl 70 char now. This time it worked, so can finally play it o:)

    I really hope they compensated those of you that have been without your bought lvl 70 character for a week.

    Even worse when it's during a weekend with all those events, giving you the Knox pack for free is the very least they should do...

    I did not have a level 70 but they do not give you that crucial info, so that's weeks ARC gets to have my money. Now their telling me use forum to find my token and figure out how to get the level 70 i paided for...Fix your bugs cant be cheating people out there money. Shouldn't be able to use it if you dont have a lvl 70 simple restriction to code if you think about the profit they gain a lot of people are willing to by premades.
