Queue group and party problem

My friend is playing a paladin tank and every time he joins a queue to do a dungeon, skirmish, or even demogorgon he is not put into the group. It makes it hard on healers to see his health like that. We just queued for prophecy of madness and of course he wasn't in the group. He went into the main part of the skirmish and then it wouldn't let anyone else in, I tried 3 times to enter and it said interacting (with the door) but didn't put me in when the bar filled up. This is a huge problem. It doesn't do it to his other characters. Anyone know of a fix for this or can this problem be fixed please?

I have the same problem with one character but not the other, also the one with the problem is not receiving rough AD from dungeons or invocation, but is receiving AD from skirmish (where it is delivered in chest). I've been dungeoning my <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> off for three days with nothing to show for it but this durned level 50ish junk.

This is the exact same issue that I have been having for 3 days now. After contacting support they informed me that this is an issue they are not aware of and directed me here. Not being able to party properly as well as the loss of AD from dungeons is taking away from the overall fun. Invocations and skirmishes do provide me with AD, but not receiving AD from dungeons makes them a waste of time presently. Hopefully, this is something they fix very soon.

They should be aware of it as people have been complaining about it since the game came to PS4. Probably before. I get this from time to time too. Here's how I fix it: Have someone invite you to a group. Join. Travel from the adventure zone (Protector's Enclave, whatever) you are in to another zone. Leave the group. This should solve the problem, at least for a while.

I have two toons currently glitched, the group invite trick is not resetting them. I can get into one dungeon/pvp/skirmish clean, but am still bugged after.

If you don't know what the problem is or how to resolve it give us a soft queue reset option if we encounter the glitch.

Oh and alchemy is still beyond broken.

yes i have the same problem on my paladin it dosn't get into the group and it dont take the rAD after the dungeon

I am having the exact same problem with my Devoted Cleric. As it is a support class it is pretty game breaking. Inviting players and removing doesn't fix the issue for me either.

This helped me too when I encountered the bug today - you have to get invited to a group (not invite yourself), switch zones, then leave group.

I'm having the same issue with my hunter ranger.
I ran a dungeon twice and didn't get any AD. I was not part of the other players' party.
I then, tried again. Not in group. I abandoned the dungeon and tried again and it happened again.
I switched characters and my other character had no issue at all.
I switched back to my HR and it happened again.
So, I logged out, quit the game, and re-entered the game. Again, it happened.
It's like my HR cannot join dungeons without a party or something. I haven't tried it yet.

Same issue here. Bad weekend for it. Just went broke buying a runic bag counting on the 2x event.

Yep I can only earn AD on my main character now through Auction trading or Zen trading, and the odd one off solo quest. Dungeons, Skirmishes, and PVP now are not delivering group rewards. This is a very broken state for the game. Unsatisfactory. Ironically I have to play my DPS oriented Alts to generate AD now while my support oriented DC main is pretty much dormant because it is broken (bugged).

I noticed it doesn't have a problem taking my RAD boost though. Does Arc not respond to bug reports? Not sure how popular this game is on PS4 but this seems kinda like a big deal seeing as this is the main currency.

My cleric has developed this problem as well. It has been a nightmare trying to heal in dungeons and skirmishes lately. I will try the group invite trick, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Okay finally this actually worked for me. Had to be invited to a group and had to change zones and then zone back.
