Missing Arc App points.

I had just reached my second character to level 60. I had 9300 arc app points. The achievement popped for me once I hit level 60 on my GWF but the app has not updated. I should have 10300 points but as I keep reading alot of people aren't having their points distributed properly. Some insight as to what I need to do or hey we are on it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    at least u have points i have done most of the achievements needed and it has not counted still on 0 points

    yes me too, also says i have only been playing for 14 days but says i joined in 2014, well i play most days for hours lol
